Baagh Dant and Bagh Nakh Puja Vidhi

Please keep the following ingredients ready in a plate for the puja of Bagh Dant and Bagh Nakh. Please note that the puja will be Tantrik and hence we might be requiring tamsik products to accomplish this puja successfully.

Ingredients:

Baagh Dant and Bagh Nakh, for both these products the puja could be done simultaneously. Tiger or lion or cheetah or deer skin or woolen mat or kusha mat, ( any one mat out of the above), Peacock feather, curd, Kesar, 2 green chillies, dhoop, agarbatti, clove, chirmi seeds red/ black 5 nos., camphor, any whisky ( no rum or any other drink), Kamakhya Sindoor powder, Dakshinavarti right side Laxmi Narayan Shankh

1. Sit on the skin (any one) of lion, tiger or cheetah, deer, snake or woolen or grass mat facing east direction. The Mouth of the skin will be in front and tail will be on the back side. Light lamp and agarbatti. 5 cloves and 5 camphor balls, chirmi seeds red/ black 5 nos.

2. Take two or three drops of whisky and apply on both the Bagh Dant and Bagh Nakh on the complete body of these products.

3. Show dhoop, agarbatti & lamp or Deepak to the Bagh Dant and Bagh Nakh. Place the two green chillies on the Dakshinavarti right shank and take 11 rounds of shankh along with green chillies in a clockwise direction. Keep the shankh on the plate.

4. Offer Peacock feather and kesar on the Bagh Dant and Bagh Nakh. Apply curd on the pointed portion of the Bagh Nakh and Bagh Dant. No curd on any other place except the pointed portion.

5. Chant the following mantra:
Aum …. Ugram Verram MahaVishnum Jawalantam Sarvto Mukham Narsingham Bhishnam Bhadram Mrityu Mrityum Namamhyam
ॐ उग्रं वीरं महाविष्णुं ज्वलन्तं सर्वतोमुखम्।
4. नृसिंहं भीषणं भद्रं मृत्यु मृत्युं नमाम्यहम्॥

Chant the mantra in multiples of 9.
For example 9, 27, 36, 54 or 108.

6. After chanting the mantra place Bagh Dant and Bagh Nakh in a silver box with 5 camphor, 5 cloves. Apply little Kamakhya Sindoor over the box.

7. Place the closed silver box on a plate and sprinkle a few drops of diluted wine on the closed box.

8. Show the dhoop, agarbati & Deepak again.

9. Keep the silver box inside the almirah or close to the cash box.
